GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND IGSM 2014
The IGSO General Assembly will be held on the Friday 27th April.
If your institution wishes to make a bid to host IGSM 2014 we kindly ask you to e-mail us at igsm2012@ujaen.es in advance and prepare a five minute presentation to present at the General Assembly.
ACCOMMODATION
You are obligated to pay a deposit fee (20 euro) - you get this money back when you move out, unless something is broken in your room.
POSTERS
Posters should be A1 sized, either portrait or landscape, and we kindly ask you to print your poster before you arrive as limited printing facilities are available on campus.
CLOSING DINNER
The last evening of IGSM (Friday 27th April) will feature the closing dinner. This will be a formal black tie event, so please bring appropriate dress.
GEODETIC OLYMPICS 2012
There will be an opportunity to play some sports, so don't forget your trainers.
